William H. Floyd IV is Senior Vice President of Strategy & Communications at Vista Site Selection, where he blends location intelligence, analytics, and storytelling to help companies make smarter expansion decisions. With a background spanning CBRE and Streetwise Analytics, William brings more than a decade of experience in data acquisition, consumer research, and market analysis, then translates it into clarity clients can actually use.

At Vista, he partners with clients and internal teams to turn complex inputs, logistics, labor, costs, incentives, and risk, into decision-ready insights. He builds GIS-driven tools, dashboards, and research workflows that help teams compare markets, stress-test assumptions, and move from "interesting data" to "confident direction." Known for connecting the dots between strategy and communication, William helps ensure the work is not only rigorous, but also easy to understand, align around, and act on.

William earned his B.S. in Physical Geography from Texas State University.
