Vista Site Selection Helps Ohio Clients Secure TMUD Credits
Chris Magill and the Vista Site Selection team were involved in six of the Ohio Transformational Mixed-Use Development Tax Credit (TMUD) awards announced by Ohio Department of Development on January 29, 2024. In total, Vista Site Selection assisted clients in winning 57% ($57 million) of the TMUD dollars awarded in the program’s third round.
Vista Site Selection clients represented 40% of the total number of projects receiving funds, including the two highest-scored applications and the largest individual award in the program’s three-year history.
Vista Site Selection clients spanned four Ohio regions (Columbus: The Columbus Region, Dayton: Dayton Development Coalition, Cleveland: Team NEO, and Cincinnati: REDI Cincinnati).
