Meet Julie Miller, Managing Director and Head of Vista Site Selection's Incentives Compliance Practice

Vista Site Selection is pleased to introduce Julie Miller, our new managing director and head of the incentives compliance practice. Julie will help clients throughout the site selection process and has expertise in negotiating incentives and ensuring that clients are compliant in meeting each program’s reporting requirements. She is based in Dallas, TX.

Across her 20 years of site selection experience, Julie has overseen the site selection and compliance process for the development of manufacturing and distribution centers, aerospace facilities, renewable energy projects, as well as the relocation of multiple corporate headquarters and back-office facilities.

She has managed negotiations and compliance on more than $600 million of incentive packages at both the state and local level during her time as a site selection professional. Incentives often play an important role in the site selection process and almost all incentive packages come with required filings and associated metrics that must be met before funds can be disbursed. Julie has significant experience supporting clients across varying industries, both negotiating incentives and ensuring that clients are compliant in meeting the contractual and statutory requirements.

Prior to joining Vista Site Selection, Julie has worked for two decades in the industry, working in leadership roles as a senior manager for location and incentive strategies for the Altus Group, and as senior vice president in the site selection and incentives group at Jones Lang LaSalle.
