Meet Janie Hanna, Vista's Vice President of Program Management

Vista Site Selection is pleased to introduce Janie Hanna, our new vice president of program management. Janie will assist clients with developing economic development strategies, procuring tax and development incentives as well as managing their incentive programs throughout the lifetime of a project. She is based in Cleveland, Ohio.

Janie has a proven track record across more than a decade of economic development experience, overseeing site selection and incentives procurement for both public and private sector projects throughout the United States, including infrastructure, new construction and revitalization.

She also has significant experience conducting market research and financial impact analysis on behalf of clients and local stakeholders.

Incentives are an important factor in many of the site selection projects that Vista assists with; for these funds to be disbursed, it’s essential that required filings are made and necessary qualifications met. Janie has a wide range of experience in procuring these incentives in both the public and private sector as well as assuring compliance throughout the life of a project.

Prior to joining Vista, Janie served as the economic development manager for the nationwide tax and economic development incentives practice at Vorys. She also served as a project manager for an economic and community development consulting firm.
