Meet Andrea Dishler, Vista's Senior Vice President of Project Management

Vista Site Selection is happy to introduce Andrea Dishler, our new senior vice president of project management. Andrea will lead site selection initiatives for advanced manufacturers, innovators and scaling enterprises, leaning on her deep background in project management to help clients identify their ideal sites and realize economic development incentives available at that location. She is based in Central Florida.

Andrea’s expertise includes incentive structuring, stakeholder alignment and managing multi-phase project lifecycles. Her ability to analyze complex tasks and translate them into executable frameworks has helped her succeed during high-stakes collaborations with government agencies, producing exceptional outcomes while meeting strict deadlines. Her background in engineering provides a technical fluency and analytical capabilities that mesh well with Vista’s data-driven approach to site selection.

Andrea has spent time at Lockheed Martin and held numerous leadership positions at L3Harris — Coleman Aerospace. Most recently, she led cross-functional teams supporting the Missile Defense Agency, leading operational updates to enhance reliability, reduce costs and improve compliance.
